I am a children's sleep coach ánd a NEI therapist. This means that together with parents I look at why sleeping is difficult, and what we can do about it. Sometimes this is something practical, such as a better sleep rhythm, a different approach when putting children to bed, or teaching them to sleep independently. But sometimes there is also something deeper: for instance tension in the child or the parents, or so and you as parents, too.mething that lingers in the body after a difficult start, such as a difficult birth. This is where I work with NEI therapy (a gentle and friendly way of releasing blockages that are unconsciously present).
